Yoga: Just for Kids!
Pre-school classes for children 3 - 5 years old
Ater-school classes for elementary school children ages 6 - 12 years old
Yoga is a fun way for your child to use movement and creativity to learn about the world and his/her self. Through basic yoga poses, storytelling, and games, your child will learn about nature and animals; and will develop strength, flexibility and balance in a safe environment!

Cosmic Kirtan! with Mike and Gallina Tamburo

Let your hearts soar through Mike and Gallina’s live cosmic renditions of sacred chants from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. Generally instrumental musicians, yogis, and gong servants, this husband and wife duo began focusing on sacred chanting several years ago and have developed a sound that is unique and very much their own. The music is meditative and transportive with washes of sound ebbing and flowing behind powerful mantras. Their style has been called everything from space mantra to cosmic kirtan. It is sure to be an uplifting vibrational evening!

Join us in honor of the nurturing, healing energy that is Mother Earth; honor the love of all mothers!
This yoga class is open to anyone and will be taught by Shelli Carpenter, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Teacher.
We will breathe, chant, and move through a Hatha Yoga practice that is appropriate for all levels.
If you bring a mother (your mother, a friend's mother, a friend or loved one who is a mother) to class, her class is FREE with your paid admission of $20.00 ♥ You can attend with or wihtout a "guest" ♥

Kids Yoga Camp 2013! for children ages 5 - 10 years old

Monday - Friday, June 17 - 21, 2013
1:30 - 4:00 PM each day
Register your child for yoga camp this summer and he/she will spend the week getting down like a dog, roaring like a lion, and hissing like a snake. Each day we'll have plenty of time for games, camp songs, breathing exercises, art/craft activity, a healthy snack and a bit of relaxation. This camp is a great chance for kids to connect with their bodies and minds in an energizing, playful and supportive environment.
