For many of us, the daily grind is one of two extremes: routine and somewhat mundane, or entirely unpredictable and hectic. Either extreme can become unhealthy if allowed to continue. Fortunately, even the most spontaneous lifestyle has a pattern of behavior, and the only way to make sure the behavior is productive is to stay present and aware.
