Dearest Eternal Health Yoga community,
My name is Shellie Crow. For the past few years, I’ve been blessed to share yogic living with you through weekly blog posts. It is with a grateful heart I offer you this final post. It is a collaboration among several of our teachers who would like to wish you the fondest of farewells, as well as where you can find them in the future. Enjoy!
Shoshanna Portman
Do you remember the blind melon video No Rain with the little bumble bee girl? She loved her bumble bee outfit and she was sad that others couldn’t see how awesome it was. Then as she was sadly walking past an open field…there she saw a whole group of people dancing in bumble bee outfits. She joined in and was welcomed with open arms. And she danced and danced and danced! That’s how I felt when I discovered EHY. Like I had found my bumble bee people!
I’ll be teaching yin/yoga nidra Tuesday nights from 7:30-8:45 at Inner Warrior and people can follow me on Facebook and Instagram @flybutteryoga
If you would like to be added to my email list to receive updates regarding future workshops and retreats, you can reach me at Flyblutteryoga@gmail.com.

It’s difficult to put into words how much it has meant to teach at EHY.
It has been the most inclusive and understanding community and I’m so grateful for my time with the students and teachers. I learned so much about myself and what I could bring to others. Thanks so much for letting me teach and learn with you guys!!
I hope to find somewhere to teach eventually but haven’t found anything yet.
My Instagram handle is thenameiscamjam and my email that I’m comfortable with people having is camjamstorms@gmail.com

Having the opportunity to teach at my yoga school has been an honor even if it was for a short period of time. I built so much confidence here and feel like a more present person and yoga teacher. The EHY community has been so kind and welcoming. I’m grateful to have been a part of it. I will be offering online yin yoga, meditation, and Hatha yoga on zoom and in the future, you can find me at the inner warrior in Louisville. -Shelby mills

When I first walked in to Eternal Health Yoga in 2006, it immediately felt like home. Developing a consistent yoga practice and going through teacher training was so important for my personal development, and when I started to teach there, it felt like a true honor. Truly grateful for the chance to have been part of this wonderful community.
I will continue to work as a psychotherapist and yoga teacher at Bridge Counseling and Wellness. Students are welcome to find me on Instagram (@miacoma), on Facebook, or email me at miacoma@hotmail.com.

Eternal Health Yoga has been the center of my life since I first entered the studio to meet with my soon-to-be yoga teacher Shelli Carpenter so many years ago. Since that time, I am proud to have graduated from EHY’s 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training programs, engaged our community through weekly blog posts, taught and mentored new teachers through EHY’s 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training programs, and, of course, spent every Saturday morning with this beloved, peace-centered community. I love each of my fellow teachers, all of our students, and Shelli Carpenter and D’Arci Freeland with a love beyond what I can ever put into words. Each word I’ve written for this community in my weekly reflections is my love letter to you. May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be blessed. Most of all, may you know your true nature as love embodied in this world.
Please join me and D’Arci as we continue to teach through online yoga studio Wild Rose Yoga.

I will continue my private practice of working one-on-one with yoga practitioners who would like to integrate yoga into their journey toward healing from chronic health conditions.
I also offer the highest quality of professional mentorship to yoga teachers wishing to discover their unique gifts teaching yoga, establish themselves in their career as professional yoga teachers, and make a positive impact in their community.
