Hatha Flow

This All-Levels, Vinyasa-style class incorporates yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and awaken your spirit! Suitable for all levels.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the science/practice of mindful living and is meant to be incorporated into daily life. The word yoga means ‘union’ and is derived from the Sanskrit word yuj which means ‘to join’. Our Hatha Yoga classes are created to help bring the body, mind, and emotions into balance; the postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), chanting, and intention-setting all work toward the good of the whole human. Hatha Yoga is a practice for everyone; our classes are appropriate for all levels.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is also known as the yoga of awareness; its focus is on self-awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness. This technology is a science of the mind and body, to elevate the spirit, which has no boundaries, no discrimination. Suitable for all levels. ( More information)

Meditation Explorations

Adriena Dame’s Sacred Meditation Explorations will included a variety of opportunities to practice, learn, and grow, including, but not limited to: pranayama exercises; guided meditation practices, such as Yoga Nidra, Loving Kindness, Mantra, Singing Bowl, Candle Gazing, and other techniques; classes centered on learning meditation techniques designed to support your efforts to develop or maintain a fulfilling home practice, how to use meditation in the work place, how to diffuse stress and anxiety in any situation; and how to awaken your kundalini. She may incorporate readings, aromatherapy, singing bowl therapy, Reiki healing energy, and light massage to expand and deepen your overall experience and outcomes. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

An energetic, strengthening, and muscle-toning Hatha yoga practice that encourages balance, focus, and relaxation through continuous movement from one posture to the next; classes may be either “hard” or “soft” form. Recommended for students who have some experience and are ready to advance their knowledge, increase their strength, and deepen their practice. This is an intermediate class and is not for beginners.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine with the postures being held five to seven minutes at a time. This practice complements the more muscular styles of yoga and is a great aid for learning to sit comfortably in meditation. Suitable for all levels.

Yin/Yang Yoga

This class combines the best of our Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga classes. You will be led through a meditative asana practice that focuses on the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Breath practices, meditation, and relaxation are some of the highlights of this “whole body” practice. Suitable for all levels.
