Kids Yoga Camp 2012!
June 18 - 22, 2012
1:30 - 4:00 PM
Join us for another awesome session of yoga camp this summer! Spend the week getting down like a dog, roaring like a lion, and hissing like a snake. Each day we'll have plenty of time for games, camp songs, breathing exercises, art/craft activity, a healthy snack and a bit of relaxation. This camp is a great chance for kids to connect with their bodies and minds in an energizing, playful and supportive environment.
Kids need yoga because...
- Yoga stretches kids - mind, body, and imagination
- Yoga teaches kids to calm and relax themselves
- Yoga is a great non-competitive activity Yoga focuses on how we feel, not how we look; this helps improve comfort level and improve self-esteem
- Yoga strengthens muscles and improves balance,
- Plus it's FUN!
Campers must be 5-10 years old
Cost: $175 per child (10% discount for multiple children in family)

Pajama Yoga for Kids! Ages 5 - 10 years old

Kids ages 5 – 10 years old are welcome and they should wear their pajamas to this fun night at the Indiana studio, 432 E. Fifth Street, New Albany, IN. We will guide your children through a healthy, happy yoga practice followed by a story and a healthy snack. Sweet dreams and a restful night will follow : ) This is a great way to end the week and start the weekend!
