We respectfully request that you wear a head covering during Japji (cap, scarf, etc.).
- 5:30 - 6:30 AM: Kundalini Yoga Set
- 6:30 - 7:30 Meditation / Chanting
- 7:30 - 7:45 Satsang (Community gathering)
